Facilitate resource coordination for palliative care
Support ongoing education and knowledge sharing within the team
Drive excellence in hospice care delivery
Participate in quality and program evaluation initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in care Requirements:
Valid RN registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum three years of palliative care experience
Completion of fundamental palliative care education
Secure Food Handling training willingness
