We are looking for a Finance Collections Specialist on a 6-month contract with potential for extension or permanence. Candidates must possess over three years of collections experience, ideally bilingual in English and French.

Key responsibilities include following up on overdue accounts, resolving disputes, and negotiating payment arrangements. Effective communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Review accounts receivable aging and follow up
Contact clients using multiple communication methods
Negotiate and resolve payment plan disputes
Keep accurate records of collections and balances
Collaborate with departments to address payment issues Requirements:
3+ years of experience in collections or AR
Bilingual in English and French
Solid understanding of cash flow metrics and AR processes
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
