BuildCare Group Commercial & Property Cleaning Winnipeg is a growing cleaning company specializing in office cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning services.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities
Perform cleaning services according to company standards
Clean and sanitize offices, commercial spaces, and residential properties
Complete move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning projects
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces
Clean washrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas
Remove garbage and replace liners
Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
Take before-and-after photos when required
Report damages, safety concerns, or client issues promptly
Maintain professional communication with clients and team members

Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Experience with office, commercial, or post-construction cleaning is an asset
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and dependable
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and strong work ethic




Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and perform cleaning duties throughout a shift
Reliable transportation is required
