Supervise the team to ensure high-quality work is performed, optimizing productivity while minimizing the risk of employee injuries and property damage;
Ensure compliance with applicable plans, specifications, and technical standards;
Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and tools required for the job site.
Ensure worker safety and the implementation of OHS procedures (ASP Construction, use of PPE, signage).
Optimize the use of resources (labor, machinery, time) to maximize productivity and profitability.
Identify and resolve technical or organizational issues in office.
Monitor work progress, maintain site logs, and produce daily reports.
Participate in site meetings and collaborate with other stakeholders (engineers, project managers, clients, suppliers).
Ensure that time reports and all other relevant documents are completed and tracked;

Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience as a foreman and relevant experience in civil engineering
Experience supervising large-scale construction sites
Valid CCQ competency cards
Excellent planning and work organization skills
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to mobilize, supervise, and train teams;
