As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will analyze KPIs, provide variance explanations, and support financial planning processes. Collaborate with various teams to share insights and enhance financial practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze actual results and KPIs with FP&A; teams
Explain variances between performance and forecasts
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses for executives
Recommend improvements to existing financial processes
Gather information to deliver financial insights Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI is a plus
Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities
