Oversee exceptional child care programs as the Early Years Supervisor at Okanagan Mission YMCA. Foster staff development and family engagement while ensuring a secure, enriching environment. This full time role is vital for leading the operations at the YMCA Child Care Centre in Kelowna, BC.

You’ll provide direction to educators, maintain licensing compliance, and support the center's mission of building solid foundations for children. Your leadership will help create a nurturing environment that encompasses diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily early learning programs and educator performance
Create an inclusive atmosphere for children and families
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing standards
Facilitate effective team operations and communication
Implement continuous quality improvement practices Requirements:
Early Childhood Education and Infant Toddler certification needed
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
Valid BC ECE License to Practice
First Aid Certification required
