Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the front counter
Take customer orders accurately using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with precision
Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales prospects
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter, food prep areas, and dining space
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction
Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen work is highly desirable
