We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our energetic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties
Assist with setting up tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining sanitation standards
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests,



and feedback professionally
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively

Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professionalism
Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in hospitality or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for serving guests is essential
