This position involves overseeing the rigging, installation, and maintenance of industrial machinery while ensuring adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. You will play a critical role in mentoring staff and managing project risks, contributing to a strong team-oriented team workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Lead installation and repair of rotating equipment
Review and execute mechanical drawings and specifications
Monitor commissioning and performance of mechanical systems
Manage labor, materials, and equipment to meet schedules
Interface with clients to resolve mechanical issues Requirements:
Over 5 years of industrial construction experience
Proven leadership in a millwright or mechanical role
Robust knowledge of rigging and alignment practices
Valid Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic certification preferred
