Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled server to join our dynamic team in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a robust commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving food, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests as well as working well with other team members and keeping a clean environment

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink and food orders.
Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a busy environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar.
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting with restocking as necessary.
Uphold all food handling and safety regulations in compliance with local health codes.




Work alongside other team members to make sure everything is running smoothly
Retain knowledge of food, drink and wine menu and aware of daily changing specials.

Requirements
Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
Knowledge and previous experience in bartending is highly preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Flexibility with scheduling, good availability
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
