Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in the bid process
Analyze labor, equipment, and materials pricing
Precisely interpret and validate technical specifications




Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for pricing accuracy
Build and maintain solid client and partner relationships

Requirements
3 to 5 years of estimating experience in construction
Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Proven skills in project collaboration and coordination
