Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting frames that suit their face shape, style preferences, and lifestyle needs
Use your understanding of medical terminology related to vision care to explain lens options, coatings, and other optical features clearly
Conduct thorough measurements of customers’ eyes and face to ensure proper fit and optimal vision correction
Provide guidance on frame materials, styles, and colors, leveraging retail sales techniques to enhance the shopping experience
Collaborate with laboratory teams to ensure accurate lens orders and timely delivery of finished eyewear
Maintain detailed records of customer prescriptions, measurements,



and preferences using optical software such as Optosys or similar systems
Stay informed about the latest trends in optical fashion and technological advancements to better serve customers
Assist in patient journey at our office from check-in to check-out

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within an optical or healthcare setting
Laboratory experience or familiarity with lens fitting procedures is highly desirable
Knowledge of medical terminology related to vision care enhances communication with both customers and healthcare providers
Optical experience or background in eyewear fitting is a robust plus
Experience working with record management systems such as Optosys or similar platforms is advantageous
Robust sales skills combined with a genuine passion for helping others find their perfect look and vision solution
