We are a small family owned and operated company based out of the Thorsby Alberta area. We specialize in custom home building and renovations in Leduc county, Parkland county, Brazeau county, Wetaskiwin county, and surrounding areas.

The Framing Carpenter will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, roofs, and other structural elements, according to blueprints and building codes. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in exact, high-quality work and thrives in a fast-paced construction setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials for framing
Construct and install walls, floors, staircases, roofs, and windows/door openings
Inspect and ensure framing work meets code and safety standards
Use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment safely and effectively




Collaborate with other crew members and foremen to ensure efficient project flow
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in framing carpentry (preferred)
Strong knowledge of wood framing methods and tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Physical stamina and strength for heavy lifting and standing for long periods
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Basic set of personal tools (preferred)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
