Duties
Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis to meet individual client needs
Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ eye features and boost their confidence
Provide personalized product recommendations and retail sales to support clients’ ongoing skincare routines
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a warm, inviting atmosphere and addressing client inquiries effectively
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas according to health regulations
Experience
Proven experience as an Esthetician or skincare specialist with a solid understanding of facial treatments and skin health
Skilled in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills to educate clients about skincare routines and product benefits
Previous experience in retail sales or upselling within a beauty or wellness workplace is preferred
Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently while providing top-tier customer service
Knowledge of current beauty trends, skincare products, and techniques is highly desirable
