Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be integral in providing insightful P&L; reporting and collaborating across departments for financial planning. You will leverage advanced tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L; reports
Craft executive-level reporting and variance analyses
Partner with business teams for performance evaluation
Facilitate month-end process and financial reconciliations
Identify improvement opportunities in reporting methods Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Business, or similar
1+ years in financial analysis or FP&A;
Solid MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Familiarity with P&C; insurance preferred
