Duties
Perform a wide range of professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and disinfecting workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring their experience is relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish
Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail nail care products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales revenue
Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips for long-lasting results
Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments
Experience
Proven experience as a professional nail technician with a robust portfolio of nail art and design work
Demonstrated expertise in various nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and understand their needs
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing exceptional customer service
Experience in body waxing is a plus, enabling you to offer comprehensive beauty services
Prior retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and increasing revenue
