Lead strategic planning for DTC operations at a significant retail company. This role focuses on inventory management, cross-functional partnerships, and data-driven decision-making in North America. As Director of Direct to Consumer (DTC) Planning & Allocations, you'll oversee the planning strategy for both Retail and eCommerce across North America.

This includes setting annual and seasonal targets while ensuring alignment with company objectives. You'll utilize advanced tools such as the o9 Planning Platform to optimize processes and drive automation while working closely with merchandising, digital, and supply chain leaders. Key Responsibilities:

Drive planning process improvements and transformations
Leverage data insights for influencing key decisions Requirements:
10+ years in merchandise/inventory planning
5+ years leading multi-level planning teams
Expertise in SAP and merchandise planning solutions
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
