In this full time role, you will lead the Integrated Case Management Team, ensuring support staff receive guidance in navigating complex situations. Your responsibilities include supervising team dynamics, managing caseloads, and maintaining compliance with policies and safety protocols to support Indigenous families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor ICMT support staff daily
• Oversee caseload distribution for consistent program coverage
• Ensure compliance with policies and funding expectations




• Guide staff through trauma-informed client interactions
• Foster collaboration with community partners for effective support

Requirements:
• Experience with Indigenous communities and cultures
• Strong knowledge of historic trauma impacts
• Prior leadership experience with frontline staff
• Proficiency in case management and crisis intervention
• Valid Alberta driver’s license and vehicle insurance
