Become an integral part of the Flying Dust First Nation as a Community Health Nurse, focusing on immunization, chronic illness care, and health education programs. Work collaboratively with the Community Development Team to enhance health outcomes in the community.

This position requires a dedicated nurse responsible for in-home nursing and providing clinical services across various health areas, supporting individuals from maternal to elder health. You’ll promote community health education and maintain client health records with utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home nursing for a variety of health needs
• Provide health-related support and clinical services
• Deliver community education on health topics




• Collaborate closely with the Community Development Team
• Supervise Home Care staff and maintain health records

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Registered and in valuable standing with CRNS
• Valid driver’s license required
• Practical Nursing Diploma essential
• Licensed with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses
