The Root Cellar is looking for a Coffee Supervisor to manage coffee service and team performance. You will merchandise products, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain cleanliness in compliance with Food Safety regulations. Bring your coffee expertise to enhance our offerings and ensure the best experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the Coffee Project
• Merchandise coffee to maximize sales and satisfaction
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization




• Consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor product quality to minimize loss

Requirements:
• Previous experience in coffee service and supervision
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Strong multitasking skills in a busy workplace
• Passion for providing superior customer service
• Willing to work full time, including weekends
