Surrey Place is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to work within our TRE-ADD program. This position involves direct support in ECPP classrooms, helping clients navigate significant behavioral and communication challenges. You will enhance clients' daily living and classroom skills while working closely with a Supervising Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized ABA assessment and treatment plans
• Support clients in daily living and communication skills
• Collect and track behavioral data systematically




• Maintain accurate reporting and record-keeping standards
• Assist in various ECPP classroom needs as required

Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in a related field
• Experience supporting children with autism and challenging behaviors
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
• Acceptable Vulnerable Sector Screening required
• Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs
