Relay ECI is being built to preserve critical knowledge when employees leave, take time off, or change roles—connecting work tools with structured handoffs, clear ownership, and an AI-powered employee Continuity Hub.

Relay is only three weeks old and still pre-MVP. Company demos are coming up.

The Opportunity An unpaid, remote co-founder opportunity with a adaptable time commitment agreed together. Equity is intended to be shared, but the split and terms must be agreed before committing. There is no salary or promise of future income.

What You’ll Bring and Do

We’ll run demos, gather user feedback, and shape product priorities and business direction.

Experience in technology, product, HR, operations, marketing, sales, or low-code development could help. Above all, we value curiosity, initiative, reliability, and a shared belief in the culture.
