Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using the Power Platform. This role involves collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and providing technical leadership to the development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Extensive experience with PowerApps (Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages Canvas Apps) and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior developers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with Power BI and other components of the Power Platform.




- Experience in conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Ability to stay current with the latest trends and advancements in the Power Platform.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using the Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
- Create and maintain data integrations using Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert-level support to end-users.
- Document application architectures, technical specifications, and user manuals.
