Technical Project Manager – Translation Services & Elevate Program

Role Purpose:

Lead the operational implementation of the Translation Services Strategy from inception, ensuring seamless execution and long-term operational ownership. Additionally, manage the overall Elevate Program for Professional Services & Labor Services, driving successful delivery of sub-workstreams and maintaining program governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translation Services Strategy

- - Act as the functional lead for operational implementation.
- Own translation services operations post-implementation, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational processes with strategic objectives.

- Elevate Program Management

- - Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of Elevate program initiatives.
- Manage multiple sub-workstreams under Professional Services & Labor Services.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across global teams.

- Governance & Reporting

- - Develop and maintain program dashboards and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.




- Facilitate regular steering committee updates and decision-making forums.

Required Experience:

- Project Management Expertise

- - 5+ years in project/program management within global organizations.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs.

- Functional Knowledge

- - Experience in operational implementation of service strategies (preferably translation/localization services).
- Familiarity with Professional Services & Labor Services procurement processes.

- Technical & Analytical Skills

- - Solid understanding of workflow automation, vendor management systems, and operational KPIs.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Familiarity with regulated/medical companies’ quality requirements (QMS)
