Technical Project Manager with Java Background

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java, web services, and microservices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability for all projects.




- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong background in Java development.
- Experience with web services and microservices architecture.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
