In detail
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners to support their sourcing needs, including:
- Building a pool of qualified, diverse, and up-to-date talent to quickly respond to project requirements.
- Providing market intelligence and insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Assisting with job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment-related materials.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Execute full cycle recruitment process for an assigned portfolio and types of requisitions.
- Application of best practices in interviewing and pre-selection (structured interviews, behavioral assessments, etc.).
- Providing exceptional candidate experience: a pleasant, inclusive, and transparent process.
- Developing a trust-based relationship with Hiring Managers; advising, regularly following up, and accompanying them throughout the process.
- Optimal use of HR systems (ATS, databases) to ensure traceability and updating of information, and verification of data quality.
- Contributing to or leading initiatives for continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Close collaboration with HR partners and Hiring Managers to understand specific needs and develop tailored strategies.
- Selection and evaluation of candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivation criteria.
The strengths and skills that will help you succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent discipline.
- Professional working proficiency in French and English*.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and client service, ideally in a financial services or technology consulting institution.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate outreach techniques.
- Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles and their application in technical recruitment.
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidate skills and potential.
- Experience in a data-quality-oriented workplace (reporting, KPIs, dashboards).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform complex administrative tasks with precision and speed.
- Initiative and ability to challenge the status quo to identify areas for improvement.
- Influence and communication skills to advise managers and maintain relationships with colleagues, candidates, and partners.
- Strong interest in delivering exceptional candidate/client experience.
