As a trusted customer-facing expert, you will be a key contributor toCoolIT’scontinued and aggressive growthin the data center liquid cooling industry, supporting the company’s acquisition of new customers and NPI programs. Drivegrowthacross all datacenter liquid cooling markets, includinghyperscale,colocation,andserver OEM/ODMs. ~ Secure new product introduction (NPI) opportunities byshowcasingdeep product knowledge through compellingtechnical reports andpresentations, including 3D CADrendersand simulations. ~ Guide customers through early-stage product planning, providing clear direction even in uncertain situations while balancing technical and commercial risks. ~ Build strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to resource for liquid-cooling program planning. ~ Help expand adoption across our product portfolio, including CDUs, rack manifolds, coldplate loops, and software solutions. ~ Provide feedback tointernalproduct team on market and feature requirements. ~ 20% or more international travel. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.



~5+years experienceinmechanical engineering, electrical engineering, applicationsengineering, technical sales, orproduct development.
