Job Title: Technical Support / AV & Video Conferencing Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Client: Public Sector

Pay Rate: $45 - $50/hr [CAD]

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Audio-Visual (AV), telecommunications, and video conferencing systems .
- Support platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, and Cisco Webex , including related hardware and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support user onboarding, technical orientation, training, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment repairs, upgrades, and service issues.
- Assist with system testing, technology implementations, and upgrade activities.
- Maintain CMDB/inventory, reports,



dashboards, manuals, and training materials .
- Follow ITIL/ITSM processes for incident and change management.

Must Have:

- 2+ years experience with AV and video conferencing hardware/software.
- 2+ years experience in Incident Management / ITIL / ITSM .
- 1+ year experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Crestron/Extron, Zoom, Teams, Webex, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VoIP/PBX .
- Robust troubleshooting, communication, and user-support skills.
