Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in-store and through phone or email inquiries
• Relay inventory and delivery information to customers




• Research and recommend HVACR products to clients
• Enter, pick, and pack sales orders accurately
• Maintain and clean the sales counter area

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills in a sales environment
