Inizio Engage is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Virtual Engagement Associate to support outreach efforts in Western Canada. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, effective communication, and relationship building with healthcare facilities, including clinics and hospitals. You will document interactions and collaborate with colleagues to exceed performance objectives and maintain program standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage healthcare professionals through purposeful outbound calls
• Achieve or exceed performance KPIs established by management
• Build rapport with customers via high-quality interactions
• Document daily call activities in the CRM system
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
• Robust oral and written communication skills
• College or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
• Bilingual in French and English if working in Quebec
• Energetic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
