Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on maintenance to HVAC and boiler systems
• Complete plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Set up and support various facility areas




• Perform regular building checks for maintenance needs
• Respond effectively to building emergencies

Requirements:
• Fifth Class Power Engineering ticket required
• 1-3 years building operator experience preferred
• Experience in general maintenance roles
• Arena and Pool Operations Certification Level 1 and 2
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50lbs or more
