Platinum Edge Consulting Ltd has opened applications for the position of Head of Finance & Accounts at a leading real estate company in Abuja.

The role offers a competitive annual gross salary of N28 million to N40 million, depending on the candidate's experience and performance.

It is targeted at a strategic finance professional who views the finance function as the "engine house" of a real estate business, with the team serving as expert mechanics who understand the organization's financial architecture and its critical links to project delivery and performance acceleration.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant finance experience
At least 5+ years in senior management or CFO-level role




First degree from a recognised university
Must be a qualified accountant with ACA or ACCA and 10 years post-certification experience
Significant experience in financial modelling and a CFA qualification would be a strong advantage

Remuneration And Advantages
Annual gross salary of N28M - N40M, based on experience and performance
Goal-based commission and performance bonus
