This role is vital to customer service within our remote site in Geraldton, Ontario. You will leverage your knowledge to enhance customer loyalty through timely parts recommendations and expert advice. Required responsibilities include managing inquiries, overseeing daily operations, and providing on-call service as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide product expertise for effective parts recommendations
• Manage parts inquiries via phone, email, and counter
• Oversee sourcing, ordering, and inventory management
• Build hydraulic hoses for customers and internal use
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• Minimum 3 years in a parts service role
• Familiarity with DBS, SIS, Word, and Excel
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule
• Strong communication and organizational skills
