This role reports to the Manager of Facilities and Maintenance and involves diverse responsibilities. You will perform grounds keeping, operate plant equipment, and maintain building finishes. Expect to engage in routine maintenance and inspections, making a positive impact on safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general grounds keeping duties like snow removal and lawn care
• Operate tractors, walk-behind equipment, and various vehicles
• Repair and maintain interior/exterior finishes and plumbing
• Maintain HVAC equipment and small appliances
• Perform monthly inspections of safety equipment

Requirements:
• One year certificate in a related field
• Minimum two years’ experience in large building maintenance
• Valid class G driver's license
• Familiarity with WHMIS and First Aid/CPR/AED
• Carpentry, plumbing, welding, and troubleshooting skills
