IEM is looking for a Production Planner to join our Surrey, BC team. This in-office role focuses on mid- to long-term planning and requires collaboration across Production, Fabrication, and Engineering teams. You will translate customer demand into executable production plans while ensuring material availability and manufacturing capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop production plans based on customer orders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feasibility
• Analyze and solve demand changes or capacity limitations




• Utilize ERP systems to plan production requirements
• Identify opportunities for planning efficiency improvements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 1-3 years in production planning within manufacturing
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, especially INFOR
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
