The ideal Dental Receptionistfor our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

40 hours per week

5 Days of the week

Temporary contract start and end months (September 2026 - September 2027. Potential for renewal annually)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

No experience necessary!

1 year of experience is preferred as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant

Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is considered an asset

Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
