Key Responsibilities:
• Follow daily janitorial work routines
• Move furniture and complete minor renovations
• Ensure cleanliness of assigned work areas
• Wash walls,



air vents, and windows
• Report health and safety hazards promptly

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three years of maintenance experience in an institutional environment
• Effective communication skills in English
• Experience in floor care and equipment operation
• Driver’s license required for certain locations
