As the Family Intervention Program Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of vital family services in partnership with the Government of Alberta. With strong leadership, you'll oversee a multidisciplinary team including Family Support Workers and Intake Workers. Your leadership will ensure compliance with legislation and enhance child safety and family functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement annual operational plans with set goals
• Monitor compliance with funder requirements and organizational standards
• Liaise with Children's Services for team-oriented case management
• Ensure families' input and feedback on services provided
• Update knowledge on Family Support and Cultural Responsiveness practices
Requirements:
• University Degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
• Registration with Alberta College of Social Workers (if applicable)
• Strong communication skills and self-management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Alberta’s Child Intervention Practice Framework
