Transform lives and empower communities as an Employment Consultant with WCG in Brampton. In this in-office role, you will provide essential support to clients seeking sustainable employment.

You will work on a fixed term until March 2027, focusing on a solution-oriented approach to help clients facing barriers in employment. With a caseload of diverse clients, your role will include developing individualized Employment Action Plans, assessing client needs, and providing ongoing support to ensure job retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client caseload and achieve KPIs monthly
• Conduct assessments to identify clients' employment strengths
• Develop individualized Employment Action Plans for clients




• Maintain face-to-face contact for job readiness support
• Facilitate employer visits to ensure suitable working conditions

Requirements:
• Experience in client assessments and coaching
• Knowledge of local labor market and community resources
• Robust report writing and documentation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
• Criminal record check must be completed
