Key Responsibilities:
• Educate donors about our programs and their impact
• Conduct 120+ scripted fundraising calls daily
• Process donations confidentially and ethically
• Handle inbound and outbound donor inquiries promptly
• Assist in data management for donor information
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5 years of call center experience
• Knowledge of Islamic practices, including Ramadan
• Solid customer service skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Must have a secure home office setup
