In this role, you will manage every aspect of flagship events including the CEO Awards and quarterly leadership offsites.

You will blend strategic thinking with detailed project management to deliver exceptional in-person and virtual experiences that resonate with employees. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring logistical excellence and engaging experiences across all formats. Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and execution of major corporate events
Manage audience experience for VP-level and virtual town halls




Support Corporate Affairs for high-stakes external events
Negotiate vendor contracts and manage budgets
Act as liaison with external vendors and AV crews Requirements:
At least 7 years in corporate and event management
Project Management certification or similar preferred
Expertise with digital event platforms and AV production
Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
