Offer accurate, empathetic responses to crisis calls
Assess client needs and risks collaboratively
Provide information about mental health resources
Maintain connections with local support services
Advocate for necessary client services and resources Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field such as social work
Recent satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check
Three years of relevant experience in crisis intervention preferred
Knowledge of community resources in Thames Valley
