We are looking for someone who:
Can consistently show up to work on time with a willingness to learn. NO experience in Helical piles is necessary.
Enjoys being outside
Is accountable and reliable
Responsible working with vehicles and machinery
Is positive when facing challenges
Has a valid G Driver’s license
Is a Team player and can also work alone
Has had some experience in the construction field
physically fit

You will be responsible for assisting, learning, training with one our certified installers until you become a certified installer.



Every recent member of our team receives in-depth “On-The-Job” training in order to learn how to properly, and accurately install helical piles. Job Responsibilities after going through training program
Operate machinery and systems necessary to helical pile installation
Drive company truck and pull trailer
Load/unload material and equipment
Install Material
Complete frequent truck inspections for safe operations
Provide amazing customer service
