We are seeking a friendly and professional Hair Specialist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional hair styling services while delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a passionate individual who is dedicated to enhancing clients' confidence and ensuring a positive salon experience.

Duties
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable hair care solutions and styles
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
Upsell retail products to clients to enhance their hair care routines and increase sales
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing transactions
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and building strong client relationships
Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and salon products to offer innovative services




Ensure client satisfaction through attentive listening and qualified advice

Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
Ability to upsell retail products naturally and confidently
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification as required by state regulations
