Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
Handle food safely by following proper hygiene protocols and sanitation procedures
Assist in food service operations, including serving dishes efficiently and courteously to guests
Manage food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work stations
Follow recipes accurately while accommodating special dietary requests when needed




Support inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience with serving customers in a fast-paced setting is a plus
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in skilled cooking environments
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team under pressure
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
