Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready and properly stored
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
Support chefs and kitchen staff during meal service, including plating and garnishing dishes
Handle food handling duties responsibly, adhering to hygiene protocols at all times
Operate POS systems for customer orders and transactions when required
Contribute to efficient kitchen operations by organizing supplies and assisting with inventory checks




Support guest services by providing friendly assistance in the dining area when needed

Skills
Prior food service experience or kitchen experience preferred, with a strong interest in hospitality
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and guests
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently to uphold hygiene standards
Experience with restaurant operations, including serving, cashiering, or Micros POS systems is advantageous
Hospitality background or hotel experience is a plus for understanding guest expectations
Barista experience or familiarity with meal preparation can enhance your contribution to the team
