Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for high-rise development projects.
Manage and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure financial practices meet regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making and project planning.
Skills and Experience:
Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in financial management within the high-rise development sector.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and financial processes.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and auditors effectively.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a financial management role, with significant experience in high-rise or real estate development projects.
Education: CPA designation required. Post-secondary degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
