We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic food service team! Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist with basic food preparation to support the cooking team
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
Support the serving staff by organizing and delivering dishes efficiently during busy service hours
Assist in maintaining an organized kitchen workspace, including storage of supplies and ingredients
Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met




Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and assisting colleagues as needed

Requirements
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and bending as needed during shifts
Strong attention to detail when cleaning dishes and maintaining hygiene standards
Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, meal preparation, and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
Basic understanding of serving practices and food safety regulations is advantageous
