We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Centre Manager to lead our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
Manage the daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring smooth and effective functioning
Lead and motivate a team of educators and caregivers to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and community partners to promote trust and collaboration
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards at all times




Support staff career development through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain accurate records related to attendance, health, safety incidents, and developmental progress

Qualifications
Proven experience in management
Experience working with children with diverse needs
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and teaching methodologies
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent communication skills to engage children, families, and staff positively
Ability to create a safe, inclusive workplace that encourages learning and exploration
Relevant certifications in early childhood education is highly desirable

Pay: $43,776.56-$115,226.25 per year
