Duties
Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of quality dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste
Support the kitchen team with basic cooking tasks and food handling procedures
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering duties
Handle food safely by following hygiene standards and proper storage practices
Contribute to serving guests efficiently, ensuring their needs are met with friendliness and professionalism
Support meal preparation activities for both dine-in and take-out orders, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Skills




Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and food handling procedures
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in a commercial kitchen
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
